Threads App Now Lets You See Your Liked Posts

Meta’s text-based app, Threads, is introducing a new update that allows users to easily view their liked posts within the app. After conducting tests on the Android beta version, Meta has now made this feature available to all users.

To access the liked posts, users can simply navigate to Settings > Your Likes, which can be found on the profile page. This update streamlines the process, distinguishing Threads from other platforms, where liked posts are typically located in a separate section on the user’s profile.

In addition to the liked posts feature, Meta has introduced another enhancement – a new media upload quality option. This option, available in Settings > Account > Media quality, empowers users to upload images and videos in higher quality, elevating the visual appeal of their content.

Threads is also giving users greater control over their following list organization. Users can now sort their following list based on two criteria: “Latest first” and “Earlier first.” To access the following list, users can visit their profile, tap on the followers’ facepile under their bio, and then proceed to the “Following” tab.

While these updates may seem small, they cater to user preferences and provide a more enjoyable experience on the app. And the excitement doesn’t end there – Meta’s CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, hinted at more exciting developments to come. In his recent statement, he revealed that highly-requested features like Threads post search and a web version will be introduced in the next few weeks, promising an even more dynamic and user-friendly Threads experience for everyone.
